Power Muffins
Serves: 8 cooking: 20 - 25 mins
Ingredients:
  • 2 ripe bananas mashed
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 tablespoons Soland L.S.A. mix
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 tablespoon Soland psyllium husk
  • 1 ΒΌ cupsSoland Organic self-raising flour
  • 2 tablespoonsSoland walnuts,chopped
  • Method:
  • Mix, banana, honey, oil, L.S.A. and psyllium husks
       in a bowl.
  • Fold in remaining ingredients.
  • Spoon in to a non-stick muffin pan and bake in
       a moderate oven for 20 - 25 minutes.
