Fruit & Nut Balls

Makes about 24
Ingredients:
  • ½ cup Soland pitted prunes, diced
  • ½ cup Soland dates, dried & diced
  • ½ cup Soland apricots, dried & diced
  • 1 tablespoonp honey
  • ½ cup Soland walnuts, finely chopped
  • ½ cup Soland almond meal
  • Method:
  • Mix all ingredients together.
  • Roll into small balls.
  • Refrigerate until set.
  • Serve on a platter with apricot balls, dried fruits
       and nuts.
