Cheesy Muffins |

Ingredients: |
1 cup Soland Organic self-raising flour
1-2 tablespoon Soland L.S.A. Mix
1 cup Soland millet meal
2 tablespoons Soland hulled millet
½ cup grated fresh parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
½ soy milk
1 egg, lightly beaten
90g butter, melted

Method: |
Into a large bowl, sift flour. Add L.S.A Mix, cheese, millet meal and parsley.
Make hole in the centre and add soy milk, butter and egg combine with a fork.
Into 12 greased patty pans spoon mixture and sprinkle with hulled millet.
In a moderately hot oven bake until lightly brown approx. 20 minutes. |
